Scott Sadlon, the bassist (and drummer) in Rakes and Shovels, has been studying bass with me for over 5 years. His band just released their debut EP in 2025. In addition to playing bass, Scott is an accomplished jazz drummer and actively plays live in the Phoenix area. Check out his group Sonrisa!
Emilio E. is the lead guitarist / songwriter in the band, Barbary Tree. In 2025, they released a couple of singles, including "Cosmic Tendrils." Emilio has been studying guitar with me for a few years now and is quite an accomplished musician.
Ryan Orr studied guitar with me for approximately 8 years. He's now the guitarist in the Flagstaff, AZ band False North. Check out 'Minnesota' from their debut album - Burning Fast
